Far East

The Far East is home to some of the biggest and most prosperous economies of the world, including those of China and Japan. The huge populations and skilled, adaptable workforces of Far Eastern countries have contributed to the region’s modern economic growth. Education is generally highly valued. To continue to raise living standards and meet the demand for highly skilled workers (especially in growth areas that include services and the production of consumer goods), continued investment in technical and soft skills is vital.
